A Potential Reunion on Screen
Anna Camp, known for her iconic role in Pitch Perfect, has expressed a keen interest in joining her long-time friend and former co-star Brittany Snow on the set of the Netflix thriller The Hunting Wives. When asked about a potential guest appearance during the MPTF NextGen Summer Party, the 43-year-old actress did not hesitate to show her enthusiasm.
«Sign me up! I would die to be on that show,» Camp shared. «They have such amazing story lines, they get to do some really fun, juicy things.»
Brittany Snow’s Breakout Performance
Since the debut of The Hunting Wives in July 2025, Brittany Snow has garnered significant attention for her performance as Sophie O’Neil. The series, which follows the intense and seductive dynamics of an elite group of East Texas socialites led by Margo Banks (played by Malin Akerman), has already secured a second season.
Camp has been closely following the show and expressed deep admiration for Snow’s bold performance. «I feel like Brittany is so fearless on that show, and Malin, as well. I am just so proud of her; it’s really, really awesome,» Camp noted. She also revealed that she reached out to Snow immediately after the show's premiere to celebrate its massive success.
A Lasting Hollywood Bond
The friendship between Camp and Snow blossomed in 2012 while filming the first Pitch Perfect movie, where they portrayed best friends Aubrey and Chloe. That professional connection evolved into a deep personal bond that has spanned over a decade.
«We kind of grew up together, right? We’ve seen each other through relationships, divorces, ups and downs, and watched each other grow up in so many amazing ways,» Camp reflected.
She credits franchise creator Elizabeth Banks with fostering the close-knit environment that turned the cast into a family. Beyond their shared past, the two continue to support each other’s current endeavors, with Snow expressing her excitement for Camp's upcoming role in Scream 7. Camp affirmed the strength of their connection, stating, «I would do anything for any one of those girls anytime.»
