A Romantic Escape on Lake Como
Katie Holmes and her boyfriend, Jason Bard Yarmosky, have offered fans a glimpse into their recent vacation. Yarmosky, 39, shared a collection of images on Instagram on September 7, highlighting their time spent together on a boat in Italy's Lake Como.
In one of the photos, the 47-year-old actress is seen wearing a stylish black halter dress with a deep, asymmetrical neckline, posing close to Yarmosky. Other images from the carousel capture the couple in more relaxed moments: Holmes is seen sunbathing in a minimalist white string bikini, while another shot features her in a sheer cover-up, striking an elegant pose against the backdrop of a sunset. The post also included candid pictures of Holmes enjoying a swim in the lake.
Building a Public Romance
The couple, who made their official public debut at a Ferragamo event in the Hamptons this past July, have been increasingly open about their relationship on social media. In August, Yarmosky confirmed their romance on Instagram by posting a photo of the actress.
Despite keeping the details of their relationship private, Holmes recently expressed her admiration for Yarmosky. Celebrating his birthday on September 1, she shared a photo of them together at a karaoke session, labeling him the “best of the best.”
A Professional Reunion
The update on Holmes' personal life comes shortly after a significant professional milestone. Earlier this summer, she reunited with her former Dawson’s Creek co-star and ex-boyfriend, Joshua Jackson, at the Tribeca Film Festival for the premiere of their new film, Happy Hours.
Reflecting on their history, Jackson noted the importance of their bond:
“The time that we spent together when we were young is very precious to both of us. And [it] is like one of the core personal and professional relationships in my life.”
Happy Hours, the first installment of a planned trilogy, centers on a couple navigating a potential second chance at love. Holmes noted the significance of the project, stating, “We’ve often talked about doing something again, but we never knew what. He said yes, and that made me feel very good.”
