The visual sequence for her track Danceteria, taken from the newly released album Confessions II, offers a glimpse into the legendary venue that defined an era between 1980 and 1986.
Reflecting on the project, the 67-year-old icon remarked, «This is a trip down memory lane.» The film opens with a montage of archival photographs, instantly immersing viewers in the high-energy, strobe-lit atmosphere that once served as the heartbeat of Manhattan’s after-hours culture.
