Eady alleges that her husband, who works as an investor and developer, has been purposefully delinquent in payments to gain an advantage in their legal dispute. Specifically, she contends that he has neglected to pay the mortgage on their shared property and her monthly vehicle installments, which total $2,800. Furthermore, the filings state that Cunningham has ceased payments on utility bills, homeowner's association fees, and her car insurance.
