The 46-year-old host defended the Full House actor, noting that remarks made about the popular competition series Dancing With the Stars (DWTS) were intended as a joke.
“Quick reminder before the internet sprains something. Before anyone comes after Uncle Jesse… have mercy!!! John Stamos was clearly kidding in our Dancing with the Stars chat on my show, The BobbyCast. That was playful banter, not shade,” Bones wrote. He further emphasized the importance of listening to the full context, stating, “If you’re reacting to a headline and not the actual conversation, that’s like reviewing a movie after watching the trailer. The vibe was laughs, not insults.”

The misunderstanding stems from Stamos’ appearance on the July 7 episode of The BobbyCast. During the discussion, the 62-year-old actor revealed that he has been approached to join every season of the hit show but has consistently declined. When asked why, Stamos remarked:
