Elsie Hewitt, the ex-girlfriend of former Saturday Night Live star Pete Davidson, is currently looking for a new “right hand person” after their split. The 30-year-old actress made the announcement on her Instagram Story on Saturday, May 16.
“I’m currently trying to find an assistant / mother’s helper / nanny type / basically [a] right hand person,” Hewitt wrote. She also specified that interested candidates would need to meet certain requirements. “Apply here if qualified and serious. Only looking @ responses with resumes. ($ of course.)”
The news comes shortly after Us Weekly reported that Hewitt and Davidson ended their 14-month relationship. A source close to the couple said they are working through the details of their split and are committed to co-parenting their daughter, Scottie Rose Hewitt Davidson, who was born on December 12, 2025.
“They tried to make it work but there were different stressors, including having a baby together as two people who didn’t yet know each other that well,” the source explained. While reconciliation is considered “very unlikely,” the insider confirmed that they are focused on co-parenting effectively and supporting each other.
The couple’s relationship moved quickly after they were first spotted together in March 2025 and announced their pregnancy that July. In a joint interview with Us Weekly in January, Hewitt and Davidson revealed plans to get married and expand their family. Davidson joked about their routine, saying, “The first three months of the baby is, you’re just keeping her alive. We’re already gonna have another one.” He also shared adorable details about their daughter’s development, noting that at five months old, she is very communicative and loves “tummy time.”
Before his relationship with Hewitt, Davidson was engaged to Ariana Grande and had high-profile relationships with Kate Beckinsale, Kim Kardashian, and Chase Sui Wonders.
