A new arrest warrant has been issued for actor Shia LaBeouf, adding a third count of simple battery to his legal troubles stemming from a fight in New Orleans during Mardi Gras weekend.

LaBeouf was initially arrested on February 17 after an aggressive scuffle outside a French Quarter bar where he allegedly struck two people and shouted homophobic slurs. He was released without bail but ordered to undergo drug testing and return to rehabilitation.

During a recent court hearing, Judge Simone Levine denied LaBeouf's request to travel, citing concerns about his commitment to addressing his alcohol addiction and the safety of the community, particularly the LGBTQ+ community.

This incident follows previous reports of erratic behavior from LaBeouf, including concerns raised by crew members on the set of his upcoming film, "The Rooster Prince."
