The Challenge Begins

The fifth season of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test has assembled a diverse group of celebrities, ranging from reality television personalities and professional athletes to actors. This intense competition, filmed in Malaysia, forces participants to endure grueling training scenarios overseen by a cadre of former Special Forces operators.

The Initial Hurdle

The season premiere immediately raised the stakes, tasking the recruits with a harrowing exercise: jumping headfirst from a helicopter into the open ocean, followed by an urgent swim back to the dock. While many of the competitors managed to navigate the physical demands of the opening challenge, not everyone emerged unscathed.

The First Departure

Brandi Glanville, known for her appearance on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, unfortunately sustained an injury during the opening segments, making her the first contestant forced to withdraw from the competition.

Reflecting on her experience, Glanville shared her mixed emotions regarding her early exit:

«I am incredibly proud that I didn't simply give up. Obviously, nobody wants to be the first person eliminated. My goal was to show my children that I am capable of taking on such challenges, but after consulting with the doctor, I had no choice but to stop. Even so, I believe this experience demonstrates to my kids that I’m still a force to be reckoned with.»

As the intense training continues for those remaining, the list of recruits — which includes figures such as former politician George Santos, Selling Sunset star Bre Tiesi, and Collin Gosselin — continues to dwindle as the pressure mounts.
