Circumstances Surrounding the Death of Igho Ubiribo
Igho “Tiny” Ubiribo, a prominent social media figure known for showcasing a lavish lifestyle to over 185,000 Instagram followers, has passed away at the age of 43. His death followed complications arising from a cosmetic medical procedure performed in Thailand.
According to confirmation provided to media sources by a U.K. coroner in September 2026, Ubiribo suffered a pulmonary embolism—a condition where a blood clot obstructs an artery in the lung—during a genital enlargement operation at a facility in Thailand the previous March.
An inquest conducted by the Inner West London Coroners’ Court revealed that during the surgery, the influencer received an injection of 40 milliliters of lidocaine and hyaluronic acid. Following the procedure, Ubiribo reported experiencing chest pain and subsequently lost consciousness. He was transported to a local medical facility, where he later died.
