“It’s really nice to flip the roles a little bit, because I think Eddie was relying on Buck in so many ways over the last eight seasons when it came to Christopher,” Guzman explained.

The actor suggests that while the two will always be there for one another during critical moments, seeing Buck navigate the complexities of parenthood will likely force him into a more selfless position, further deepening the emotional arc of his character.
